1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Charli Diamonds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship ONLY to addresses within the United States of America (USA), including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands).

We do NOT offer international shipping at this time. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak shopping seasons or promotional periods.

We are not responsible for any delays in order processing and cannot guarantee specific processing times.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods within the USA:

        Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Charli Diamonds, its owners, staff, vendors, and partners are not liable for any delays in delivery, regardless of the cause.

4A. Made-to-Order Rings — Extended Delivery Timeframe

Engagement rings and rings designed online through our custom ring builder are Made-to-Order items, crafted specifically to your chosen specifications including diamond selection, metal type, ring size, and setting style.

Please note the following for all Made-to-Order rings:

        Production & Delivery Time: Made-to-Order rings require 3 to 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation to produce and deliver. This timeframe includes production, quality inspection, and standard shipping.

        This timeframe is in addition to the standard processing time outlined in Section 3.

        Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual production and delivery times may vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and shipping carrier performance.

        Once your Made-to-Order ring has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details.

        If you require your ring by a specific date (such as a proposal date or special occasion), we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance and contacting our team to discuss feasibility before completing your purchase.

        Made-to-Order rings cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Charli Diamonds, its owners, staff, vendors, and partners are not liable for any delays in the production or delivery of Made-to-Order rings, regardless of the cause.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, package weight, dimensions, and destination within the USA. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms and conditions.

6. U.S. Territories and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that deliveries to these locations may take longer than standard domestic shipping.

Charli Diamonds is not responsible for any delays in delivery to U.S. territories or military addresses. Delivery times to these locations are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. Please note that tracking information may not be updated immediately and may take 24–48 hours to become available.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been delivered to the address provided by you and confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, Charli Diamonds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location or arranging for signature confirmation if you are concerned about package theft. We are not liable for any packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping, as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Our liability is limited to facilitating a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

8.3 Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

8.4 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment or a refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to issues beyond our control, including but not limited to incorrect addresses, refusal to accept delivery, or inability to access the delivery location.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Charli Diamonds, its owners, staff, vendors, and partners are not liable for any shipping delays, regardless of the cause, and cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from shipping delays.

10. Signature Requirement

For high-value orders or specific shipping methods, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please contact the carrier directly to arrange for redelivery or pickup.

11. Order Cancellation and Changes

Once an order has been placed, it is processed immediately for shipment. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process to return the items.

Please note that Made-to-Order rings (see Section 4A) cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

12. Insurance

All shipments are insured for their declared value. In the event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to file a claim. However, the resolution of insurance claims is subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of any claim. Charli Diamonds is not liable for any delays in claim processing or denial of claims by the carrier.

13. Third-Party Shipping Carriers

We use third-party shipping carriers to deliver our products within the USA. Charli Diamonds, its owners, staff, vendors, and partners are not responsible for the actions, errors, delays, or negligence of any third-party shipping carrier. We do not have control over the shipping carrier’s operations, and any issues with shipping or delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. For carrier-related issues, please contact the carrier directly.

14. COVID-19 and Other Public Health Emergency Disclaimer

Due to ongoing public health concerns, including but not limited to COVID-19, shipping and delivery times may be affected. Carriers may experience delays, reduced capacity, or service disruptions. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by public health emergencies, government restrictions, or carrier limitations. We cannot guarantee delivery times during these unprecedented circumstances.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARLI DIAMONDS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, STAFF, AGENTS, VENDORS, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SHIPPING, DELIVERY, OR NON-DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES, CARRIER ERRORS, OR ANY OTHER SHIPPING-RELATED PROBLEMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY SHIPPING-RELATED CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SHIPPING COSTS ON THE RELEVANT ORDER.

16. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
